A note from Marzia

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means every program is built around your specific situation. The first session is where we design the work together: what to focus on, what success looks like, and where to start. By session six you will have a clearer sense of how you lead, how you are perceived, and what to do about the gap between the two. I am looking forward to working with you.
