Some people read rooms accurately, sense what is not being said, and understand intuitively how decisions actually get made. Not everyone starts there, but it is a muscle anyone can build.
Organizational Intelligence introduces the concepts, frameworks, and practices that make that possible. Drawing on organizational psychology, neuroscience, and more than two decades of working inside complex systems, it explores how to read organizational dynamics, understand the motivations beneath the stated ones, and position yourself with intention rather than by default.
