You haven't found the wrong path. You've been walking someone else's.
A 6-session psychodynamic coaching program for practitioners and leaders in large organizations who sense that something is off and have no clean way to name what it is or what to do about it.

You don't need a crisis to need coaching. You need a persistent, inconvenient feeling that something isn't quite right and no clean way to name what it is or what to do about it. This program is for practitioners and leaders who have built a serious career inside a large organization and are beginning to wonder whose version of success they have actually been building.
- The role looks like progress from the outside. From the inside, it feels like a performance.
- You measure yourself against a version of "further along" that you've never consciously chosen.
- You are excellent at your craft and restless in a way the craft alone no longer resolves.
- There is a more authentic path you sense you could be on, but every time you reach for it, you rationalize your way back to safety.
- The organization has shaped you: its hierarchies, its definitions of value, its unspoken rules about who gets to want what. You are starting to notice the cost of that.
Separating the gold from the clay.
Psychodynamic coaching works differently from goal-setting or skills coaching. It begins with the assumption that most of what shapes our professional choices is not fully visible to us: internalized expectations, inherited definitions of success, authority figures we are still unconsciously trying to satisfy.
Large organizations are particularly powerful shapers of identity. They reward certain behaviors, penalize others, and over time create a very specific idea of what a credible, serious professional looks like. That idea can be useful. It can also become a cage. The work of this program is to make that layer visible so you can choose deliberately rather than react automatically.
A clinical map of what actually happens when a person begins to differentiate their own values from those they have absorbed from the world around them.
Six sessions. One coherent arc.
Each session builds on the last. From the start we test new behaviors, new conversations, and new ways of showing up in real situations. We review what is working, adjust when needed, and build from there.
Sessions 1 & 2:
Archaeology of the ordinary world
Mapping the organizational forces that shaped your sense of what success should look like, and distinguishing the pull of something genuine from the flight from discomfort.
Sessions 3 & 4:
Pipelining your possible futures
Opening up the terrain. We surface options you may not yet be able to see and begin experimenting with small prototypes to test how they actually feel from the inside.
Sessions 5 & 6:
The conscious next step forward
Building confidence for what comes next: what is genuinely in your power, what support you need, and what the first honest move actually looks like from here.

Marzia is a grounding force. She helped me identify potential scenarios and work toward them, while equipping me with tools to continue growing long after our sessions ended. I would recommend Marzia to anyone seeking more than just generic inspiration: actual hands-on work that brings clarity and direction to one’s professional journey.
